Preparation of “Platsinka”
Platsinka is the old name for a soft sponge called ‘Tytmanika’. This is a great favourite with children. I remember every Sunday morning, when I returned from the church, the Platsinka was ready for breakfast. You can eat it with a thin yoghurt. Welcome!
