Preparation of village food “Fried style”


It is made in two different varieties. Originally, in village Pirin, it was just made from eggs and given by the mother-in-law to the new son-in-law on his first visit. Later, when the villagers started to cultivate their own tomatoes, Parjenitsa became more tasty during the summer months with the addition of their very sweet tomatoes – try it and see!
